Regional experience covering Asia Pacific manufacturing plants in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, Philippines, China and Australia. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively with leaders at all levels in line being a change agent leading, coaching and facilitating leaders in achieving business goals. I’m known for my holistic approach in managing problems by identifying opportunities and improvement as I understood the importance of diving deep into the underlying cause and reasons rather than quick fixes. Recently, I am instrumental in the sustained productivity improvement up to 50% within 6 months in an Indonesian factory in Indonesia, which highlighted my abilities in problem solving, coaching and using real time data to find the root causes for the problems.
