Aaron has over 24 years of experience at Eli Lilly and Company, currently serving as the Director of IPM Engineering and Maintenance since May 2023. He oversees critical operations in Indianapolis and has held various leadership roles, including Associate Director and Manager of Engineering MPP, where he effectively led teams and managed complex projects.
