He is a keen administrator with recognized proficiency in managing complete production operations entailing production, quality, safety, maintenance, project management for various active pharmaceuticals. He is skilled in respect to process optimization & process control, standardizing production norms & Good Manufacture Practice. He ensures compliance of various quality measures such as cGMP, by maintenance of appropriate Quality Management and Systems. Ajay has demonstrated analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities coupled with strong communication and relationship management skills. He is building teams and motivating them for achieving their targets. Dr. Ajay Shrivastava has worked with Indian reputed pharmaceuticals manufacturers, such as Lupin Laboratories Limited, Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals Limited, Macleods Pharmaceuticals Limited, Nectar Lifesciences Limited and Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd. During his professional career, he has had a wide exposure to the different regulatory audits such as USFDA, European GMP, PMDA-Japan , WHO-GENEVA, ANVISA-Brazil, MHRA, TGA, and many more. Dr. Shrivastava’s educational background encompasses Biology (B.Sc. from Barkat Ullah University, Bhopal, M.P- India), Applied Chemistry (M.Sc. from Barkat Ullah University, Bhopal, M.P-India), as well as Operation (MBA from Indian school of Business Management and Administration.
