In an rapidly changing digital world, we have to remind ourselves that the core of all of our work is human centric. Your organization’s human capital is critical to your Industry 4.0 and digitization. Today’s employees, especially younger generations, have high expectations of their organization’s company culture, career growth opportunities, and support systems – not just the technical work. In this session, you will learn how Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and Mentorship strategies can empower and retain your workforce and how to develop your own for your organization’s specific needs.
