Currently a Manufacturing Manager, he brings expertise in GMP compliance, project management, mammalian cell culture, and process optimization. With a strong background in both technical execution and leadership, Ben is passionate about driving efficiency, ensuring product integrity, and fostering cross-functional collaboration in regulated environments.
